Responsible for Key Customer Management and client engagement for key IDNs and RPCs.

A sales and corporate accounts executive, Jim has extensive experience and demonstrable success in the medical device equipment, disposables and acute care pharma segments of healthcare. His expertise includes strategy development and execution; increasing market share and profitability; generating demand for new technologies and products in existing markets; identifying and addressing customer needs; building productive IDN & GPO strategic relationships; business development, market assessment and expansion.

Before joining ASPI in 2020, Jim spent the previous decade in sales and corporate leadership roles with Velano Vascular, Admedus, and Terumo Medical Corp. He developed and executed the Corporate Accounts strategic plan, drove significant sales growth and profitability, and enhanced people and go-to-market capability. Earlier in his career Jim spent 22 years with Alcon Labs, including the final 8 years as National Account Director with P&L accountability for $250M national, ophthalmic, medical/surgical equipment, related disposables and pharma acute care contracts.

Jim earned an M.B.A from Pepperdine University, Malibu, CA, and a B.S., Packaging Engineering, from Michigan State University, East Lansing, MI.
