Mary Ann is an analytics leader and seasoned health economics and reimbursement strategist with 30 years’ experience in medical technology, data analytics, consulting, and payer and provider organizations. She has consulted with over 60 companies on 70+ medical products in over 20 different therapeutic areas.

Mary Ann’s expertise centers on leveraging data and evidence for a variety of purposes to ultimately position medical technologies for success in the marketplace. She uses real-world data, literature, surveys, and other research to develop and communicate value stories, change and establish reimbursement, model markets and patient care paths, support sales and other commercialization efforts. She has in-depth knowledge of Medicare data assets.

Mary Ann has held various executive-level and entrepreneurial roles in analytics, health economics and reimbursement in consulting, medical technology industry, software, and payer organizations. Companies have included: Avalere Health, Boston Scientific, Neocure Group, Intralign, Burgess Group, among others. Early in her career, Mary Ann was a member of the Harvard research team that developed the RBRVS payment system for Medicare.
